Commercial terms for Alveus PK services and engagements.
Services are delivered under a written statement of work or service agreement that defines scope, timelines, fees, and responsibilities.
Engagements
Fixed-scope and partnership models are available. Payment terms and deliverables are confirmed before work begins.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, client-owned materials remain with the client; deliverables are licensed or assigned as set out in the contract.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and as defined in the signed agreement.
